This policy explains how Tules Studio handles personal data for the Tules Studio website, Turbo services, and Turbo Mobile Companion app. It is written to reflect the current data safety declaration for the mobile app.

We collect personal data that you, your practice, or an authorised user provides, plus technical data created when the website or apps are used. The declared mobile app categories are:
Turbo is designed for practice administration. Depending on how your organisation uses it, records may include care home details, patient names and contact details, invoice line items, clinic note entries, service descriptions, patient status notes, company bank details used on invoices, account settings, and generated documents.
We only use sensitive device capabilities where they are needed for a feature you choose to use. Documents can be prepared for export or sharing at your direction, and any sharing outside Turbo depends on the app or service you select.
The public Tules Studio website is mainly informational. If you email us or book a call through the scheduling link, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide. The relevant scheduling and communication providers process that information under their own privacy terms.
Turbo Mobile Companion does not let users create an account inside the mobile app. Users sign in with credentials created outside the app for their practice or organisation. The mobile app stores the information needed to keep authorised users signed in and connected to the correct practice environment.
The Turbo web service uses secure account authentication. Access to practice data is limited to authorised users.
We use personal data to:
We do not sell personal data. We share data only where needed to run the service, provide requested functionality, comply with law, or protect users and the service. This can include:
The mobile app data safety declaration marks email addresses, emails, and voice or sound recordings as shared for app functionality, and in some cases analytics, because these data types may pass through service providers that help deliver those features. Turbo does not sell personal data.
Personal data collected by the apps is encrypted in transit. We use access controls, secure account systems, device-level protections where available, and provider security controls to protect personal data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should only enter information they are authorised to process in the service.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, support your practice, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and honour customer contracts.
Turbo Mobile Companion currently provides sign out, while account deletion is handled through the web service or by request. If you have access to the Turbo web service, you can use the delete account flow to delete your user account and linked company profile. Operational records such as patients, care homes, invoices, clinic notes, sent emails, generated documents, and audit or security records may remain where they are needed for the practice, customer contract, legal compliance, accounting, or safety reasons.
You can also request deletion or correction by emailing ralph@tules.co.uk.
